Eligibility
Any firm or company may submit tender for one or more than one plot. The tenderer should be competent to contract.
Separate application shall be required to be submitted for each plot.
Scheme opens on: 01.01.2005 and closes on 31.01.2005
Tender submission on 01.02.2005 (from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
Pre-qualification bid documents shall be opened on 01.02.2005 at 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Authority.
Payment Plan
- The successful bidder shall be required to pay 10% of the total premium of the plot (after adjusting earnest money) within 1 month from the date of issuance of reservation letter. After confirming the receipt of reservation money the formal allotment letter will be issued.
- The allottee shall then be required to pay 20% of the total premium of the plot within 2 months from the date of issuance of such allotment letter.
- Balance 70% of the premium amount shall be payable in 10 equal half yearly installments with interest @ 12 % per annum calculated from the due date of deposit of allotment money on the balance outstanding premium.
How to Apply
Application forms with terms and conditions can be obtained on payment of Rs. 5000/- from Bank of Maharashtra , Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida.
