Proposal for Exhibition in Dubai
|
Proposals are invited from advertising agencies for conducting an Exhibition in Dubai from 10-12 August, 2005. The agency should have experience/office in Dubai for providing better services. The work of the agency will include the following:
1. Cost of Designing, execution and installation of UP�s stall, 72 sq.mtrs at �Amazing India� to be Held at Dubai from 10th to 12th August, 2005.
2. Graphic panels printed on fabric by digital process to be fitted on wall (existing system wall).
3. Graphic panels mounted on sun board printed on vinyl by solvent print process, each to be fitted on either side of the stall (both side printed as per design)
4. Backdrop of the stall (30�x8�)
5. Digital Printed posters mounted on sun board duly laminated (3�x4�).
6. Digital printed poster panels laminated on both side (3�x6� for UP state)
7. Cost of hiring one plasma TV and a DVD
8. Cost of hiring two Hostesses
Please submit the proposals latest by Monday 25.07.2005 in the office of the Manager (marketing).
