Eligibility
A society / trust / company registered before 1st Jan., 2005 under the
competent act of the land.
Prior experience of developing and managing at least one such project
providing the facility of Nursing and Residential Care for at least 100
Senior Citizens in last 5 years.
Minimum turnover of Rs. 50.00 crore/year in the last 3 years.
Scheme Key Dates
Scheme opens on: 10.10.2005 and closes on 09.11.2005
Tender submission on 10.11.2005 (from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
Tender Opening: 10.11.2005 at 4:00 p.m.
Payment Plan
- In case of successful bidding the bidder shall be required to pay 10% of the total premium of the plot (after adjusting earnest money) within 1 month from the date of issuance of reservation letter.
- After confirming the receipt of reservation money the formal
allotment letter will be issued and the bidder shall then be required to pay 20% of the total premium of the plot within
3 months from the date of issue of allotment letter.
- Balance 70% amount shall be payable in ten equal half-yearly instalments with interest @ 10
% per annum calculated from the due date of deposit of allotment money.
How to Apply
The Tender forms can be purchased on payment of Rs. 1000/- from Bank of
Baroda, 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector Gamma, Office Complex, Greater Noida
and Bank of Baroda, Sector 29, Noida from 10.10.2005 to 09.11.2005.
The offer to be submitted in two separate envelopes -
- One envelope super scribed "Pre-qualification BID for Old Age
Residential Care Center" containing documents in support of
pre-qualification conditions given in clause B-1 to B-VI to satisfy
eligibility criteria.
- Second envelope super scribed "Price BID for Old Age Residential Care
Center" containing the price offer.
Note
The tenderer must mention clearly on the face of the envelope whether it
contains the pre-qualification bid or price bid documents.
