The plots are available in Sector 32 & 33 known as EKANKI ENCLAVE of Greater Noida Area.

A-2-2 Maximum area of the plot:    15.00 Acres
A-2-3 Maximum Ground coverage allowed: 35%
A-2-4 Maximum FAR (Floor Area Ratio): 150
A-2-5 Maximum Height: 24 mtrs.

Density to be achieved: 140 Dwelling Unit Per Hectare +/- 5%

Note : Plot sizes are available in the multiple of 2500 sq. m.

The other terms and conditions will be as per the Building regulations, directions and Development plan of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.

B.   Eligibility

B-1 i)   Industrial Establishment, Business Houses, and other Institutions/organisations that are      functioning in Greater Noida, for their Staff Housing.

The Sr. Executives of above eligible organisations, whose salary is more than Rs. 20,000.00 per month can also apply for individual residential plots. 

These plots will be allotted to the individuals on recommendation of their organisation. The maximum allotment in this category shall be restricted to area calculated on the following basis :

3. Total Number of Staff Working in Unit:

Note: 1 Point = 1000 Sq. mtr. Thus the maximum eligibility could be 21000 sq. mtr. For  allotment of individual cost of sizes 300 & 500 sq. mtr. under this category only.
ii) Industrial Establishment, Business Houses, and other Institution/Organisations that are functioning in Noida / Gautam Budh Nagar, for their Staff Housing.
B-2 Government / Semi Government Departments / Public Sector Undertakings and International Organisations like World Bank, United Nations for their Staff Housing.
B-3 i) Reputed Business/ Industrial Houses or their group housing societies belonging to private sector for housing purposes, and

ii) Homogeneous Co-operative Group Housing Societies. The Society shall be considered homogeneous if all the members of the society belongs to / are employees of either Central and/  or State Govt. and / or PSU's / Banks / Insurance Sectors etc. Professionals like Chartered Accountants / Advocates / Journalists / Lecturers / Doctors  all group of individuals belonging to any such one profession etc.

Societies under process of registration can also apply but such registration should be completed within 60 days from the date of applying to Authority.
Provision to B-3
Provided that the members of Co-operative Housing  Societies, his/her spouse and dependent children who do not own in full or in part on lease hold or free hold basis any residential plots / house/ flat and have not been allotted on hire purchase basis in Greater Noida Area. Husband, Wife and their dependent children will not be separately eligible for membership for this purpose and they shall be treated as single entity. They can only avail one membership either jointly or severally.
C HOW TO APPLY
C-1-1 The application should be submitted on prescribed form Appendix "A" appended with brochure available from the Oriental Bank of Commerce, G Block, Commercial Complex, Sector-20, Noida and from Bank of Baroda, GNIDA's office complex at Sector Gamma, Greater Noida,  from 06.06.2000 onward on payment of application fee Rs. 1000/- (Rs 1075/- for request by post).

A processing fee of Rs 5000/- (Rs Five Thousand Only), non refundable and non adjustable along with Rs 50,000/- ( Rs Fifty Thousand Only) as registration money (Refundable) should be sent through a  Demand Draft in favour of GREATER NOIDA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY payable at Delhi/ New Delhi / Noida / Greater Noida with application to the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Commercial Complex, G Block, Sector-20, Noida -201301.

The application duly completed signed alongwith required drafts of registration amount and processing fees should be submitted to the office of the Secretary, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority on  or before 03.07.2000. for first lot of allotment and on or before 31.07.2000 for second lot of allotment.

C-1-2  Once the application was submitted, no amendments in the application shall be permitted without the prior approval in writing of the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority or such officer as he/ she may depute on his/ her behalf. The decision shall be taken on the basis of information even in the offer.
C-1-3 Intimation of change of address if any, duly signed by Authorised signatory may be communicated to the Secretary, Greater Noida Industrial Development  Authority, H-169, Sector Gamma, Greater Noida city, Greater Noida. Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar by registered post. The Authority shall not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non-delivery of letters where change of address has not been communicated to the Authority
