On page No. 2, in clause C 2(i) b the word "AND" appearing between B (i) and (ii) should be read as "OR"
On page NO. 4, clause No. F2:  the schedule given is for payment of balance of total premium instead of total premium.  For further information please contact Ph. 4566147.
