Sealed percentage rate bids are here by invited from the
interested parties for disposal of popular trees on 'as is & where is
basis' alongwith clearance of the site from all waste, roots & stumps;
in the office
of the General Manager (Plng. & Arch), 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector Gamma,
Greater Noida upto 3.00 P.M. and the bids shall be opened
at 3.30 P.M. on the same day, at the specified date, as mentioned below :-

The bid documents shall be available for sale
from the accounts department of the Authority after depositing its cost
with Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector
Gamma, Greater Noida. If the date of receipt and opening of the bid is
declared as holiday, the same shall be received/ opened on the next
working day. The security money will be refunded/adjusted to bidders
immediately on finalisation of bid. The successful bidder will have
to deposit the bid amount within three days of acceptance of bid in the
account department of the Authority, after which he will be given
the permission by the Sr.Manager (Plng. & Landscape) for disposal of
poplar tree which he will have to do within ten days of the receipt
of the same otherwise a penalty @ of 1% of the bid amount will be
levied up on him for every day of delay. The security deposit will be
refunded after complete disposal of poplar trees as specified &
verification of the site clearance. Other terms and conditions can be seen
in the office of the G.M. (Plng. & Arch.) from 4.00 pm or all working
days to get any clarification if required.
All right to decide the final bid are reserved with the Greater Noida
Industrial Development Authority & it also reserves the right to
reject any or all the bids without assigning any reasons. Its decision
will be final & binding in all matters relating to the bid. Any change
in the date & time of receipt of bid document due to unavoidable
circumstances will be communicated.
