Sealed percentage rate tenders on double bid
system on short term basis at listed S. No.1 to 4 and long term basis S.No.
5 to 10 for works listed below are invited on behalf of
the Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority from the contractors, having work experience
of at least four years in organised sector, Govt./ Semi-Govt. organisation and public
sector undertaking, public and private Ltd. Companies etc., at the office of the
Dy.General Manager (Planning & Landscaping) 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector-Gamma, Greater Noida
upto 3.00 P.M. and the Pre-qualification bids shall be opened at 3.30 P.M.

| The tender papers shall be available for sale from the Account department of
the Authority after depositing the cost of tender with the Branch Manager,
Bank of Baroda, 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector Gamma, Greater Noida. Greater
Noida Industrial Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or
all rate tenders without assigning any reason. Other terms & conditions of the
tender can be seen in the office of the Dy.General Manager (Planning &
Landscaping) from 11.00 A.M. to
4.00 P.M. on all working days. A pre-tender meeting to provide any
clarification, if required, shall be held at 11.00 A.M. on the next day of
close of sale of tender. If the date of receipt/ opening of tender is
declared as holiday, the same shall be received/ opened on the next working
day |
