Sealed percentage rate tenders on two bid
system are hereby invited from the contractors, having work experience of
at least four years in organised sector, Govt. / Semi-Govt. organisation
and Public Sector Undertaking, Public and Private Limited Companies, in
the office of the General Manager (Project), 169, Chitvan Estate , Sector Gamma,
Greater Noida up to 3.00 P.M. and the pre-qualification bids shall be
opened at 3.30 P.M. on the same day at the specified dates, as mentioned

Minimum cumulative turnover
should be 1.5 times of the bid value for three consecutive years out of
last four assessment years which will be checked from Valid ITCC. Contractors should have work experience of at least four years in
organized sector and should have completed at least two similar works
equal to bid value. Contractor should have liquid assets equal to 12% of
bid value for S. NO. 1,10% of bid value for S.NO.2 to 7 and 5% of bid value
for S.NO. 8 to 11 which will be verified from certificate issued by
scheduled bank. |

| The tender papers shall be available for sale
from the Accounts department of the Authority after depositing the cost of
tender with Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector
Gamma, Greater Noida. Greater Noida industrial Development Authority
reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any
reason. Other terms & conditions of the tender can be seen in the
office of G.M.(Project) from 11.00 A.M.to 4.00 P.M. on all working days. A
Pre- tender meeting to provide any clarification, if required, shell be
held at 11.00 A.M. on the next day of close of sale of tender. If the date
of receipt/opening of tender is declared as holiday,the same shall be
received/opened on the next working day. |
