ATTENTION TO ALL THE ALLOTTEES OF
SCHEMES- SWARN NAGARI, DELTA, R01, F.D.P. 01, OF GREATER NOIDA INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY |

| Swarn Nagari Scheme launched in
1997- Allottees are hereby informed that lease deed registration has been started in
Swarn Nagari sector. As per the decision taken by the Authority, the
allottee is required to execute the lease deed without penalty as was
stated in the allotment letter, with in 3 years from the date of allotment
with maximum of one year extension along with 1% penalty on the total
premium. No further correspondence will be entertained in this
regard. |

Again, the allottee is required to construct
on the allotted plot within 5 years from the date of allotment and
maximum of three years extension with 4%, 6% & 8% extension charges
respectively for each year shall be granted.

The Authority has taken decision for
providing facility of Ramp, water/sewerage/ electricity /telephone
connection and boundary wall in order to avoid cutting of roads. Hence
allottees are required to pay the following charges at the time of lease
deed registration:-

Delta scheme launched in
1994-
Allottees are hereby informed that lease deed registration has been
started in Delta sector. As per the decision taken by the Authority, the
allottee is required to execute the lease deed extension along with 1%
penalty on the total premium. No further correspondence will be
entertained in this regard.

Again, the allottee is required to construct on the
allotted plot within 8 years from the date of allotment and maximum of three
years extension with 4%,6% and 8% extension charges respectively for each
year shall be granted.

The Authority has taken decision for providing

allottee is required to execute the lease deed date of allotment letter,
within 5 years from the date of allotment with maximum of one year
extension along with 1% penalty on the total premium. No further correspondence
will be entertained in this regard.

Again, the allottee is required to construct
on the allotted plot within 7 years from date of allotment and maximum of
three years extension with 4%, 6% and 8% extension charges respectively
for each year shall be granted.

this scheme. As per the decision taken by the Authority, the allottee is
required to execute the lease deed within 3 years from the date of
allotment with maximum of one year extension along with 1% penalty on the
total premium. No further correspondence will be entertained in this
regard.
