Eligibility

Any person, trust, firm, company or registered co-operative society may submit tenders for one or more than one plot. However, a separate application should be submitted for each plot. 

Payment Plan

On successful tendering, you have to pay 30% of the total premium of the commercial plot (after adjusting earnest money already paid) with in one month from the date of allotment. Balance 70% shell be payable in fourteen equal half-yearly installments with 15% interest p.a. which shall start after one year of allotment.     

Early functioning incentive

If you functional with in one year from the due date of execution of the lease deed you get an amazingly easy payment plan. you just pay 20% of the remaining 70% in four half-yearly interest free equal installments and the rest 50% in ten half-yearly equal installment with 15% interest p.a.

How to apply

The tenderer may apply for allotment of commercial plots on prescribed application from available from Oriental Bank of Commerce, Sector-20, Noida and from Bank of Baroda, Greater Noida Branch at sector Gamma w.e.f. 11.09.2000 on payment of Rs.500/- on cash. The tenderer may submit duly filled in application along with separate drafts of required processing fee and earnest money in the tender box available in the Board Room of GNIDA Office Complex at 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector Gamma, Greater Noida City, Greater Noida on 10.10.2000 between 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. which will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. Board Room, GNIDA Office Complex, at Greater Noida.
