Terms and Conditions:
 
  1. I/We agree and accept the services provided by ICICI Bank Limited   ("the bank) at my/our request to carry out my installment payments through Infinity/Standing instructions on my/our account, given by me/us from time to time.
  2. I/We agree to provide my/our correct identification details as registered with the Greater Noida. I/We agree to indemnify the Bank from any liability due to incorrect information in this regard. I/We also agree to communicate any change in identification details as registered with the Greater Noida to the Bank within the time specified by the Bank.
  3. I/We have no objection whatsoever, to the Greater Noida providing my/our installment details to the Bank.
  4. While the Bank will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the installment details, the Bank is not liable for any error and we shall not make claim of any nature against the Bank for the same. I/We shall not hold the bank responsible for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred/suffered by me/us if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect.
  5. I/We agree that any disputes on installment details will be   settled directly with the Greater Noida and the Banks responsibility is limited to provision of information only.
  6. I/We agree that we will make installment amount payments as required by the Greater Noida. I/We will not hold the Bank responsible for the Greater Noida rejecting the installment amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.
  7. I/We agree that the records of the instructions given and transactions with the  Bank shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.
  8. I/We agree that charges, if any, for the Installment Payment services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank is at liberty to vary the same from time to time, without giving any notice.
  9. I/We agree that the Bank is at liberty to withdraw at any time the installment payment facility, or any services provided thereunder, in respect of any or all the account(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.
  10. I/We agree that a failure to make installment payment on time would incur penal charges as per the schedule of Greater Noida Authority terms and conditions.
