Expressway (Kalindi Kunj to Greater Noida expressway is under construction) that will reduce the distance by 20 minutes.

Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway which will open up the area on Bombay route

Only one highway called Jaipur Highway 200'-0" is providing access to the area.

TIME TAKEN FROM DELHI 45 minutes from India Gate. 60 minutes from India Gate.
3. POWER Privatised Power distribution and 23 hours power availability.
Own power generation plant will be setup within 2 years.
Condition of power supply dependent upon Haryana State Electricity Board.
4. WATER SUPPLY Water is sweet, portable and water table is high. At the moment the company can have a boring on fixed prices and have 24 hrs. supply, a 24 hrs. water supply is planned.
Ground water is not available. At present intermittent flow of supply from 65 km long drain which is called the western Yamuna Canal.
5. SOIL Good soil condition. Soil is not fertile and has rocky structure.
6. POLLUTION FREE 33 polluting uses prohibited.
Eco-friendly environment.
 
7. CONTAINER CONNECTIVITY 2nd terminal of Container Station to come up, an extension of Tughlakabad Depot.
No such facility is there.
8. INCENTIVES TO INDUSTRY-
- Production Incentives
Production incentive of an amount equivalent to Rs. 50/- per sq. mt. granted if production started within 18 months of possession.
No such facility is available there.
9. SALES TAX Trade Tax exemption of U.P. Government is admissible.
