bulletFill in the Application Form and enclose all the documents required in the Application Form.
bulletEnclose a Demand Draft of Rs. 5,100/- (Rs. Five Thousand One Hundred Only) as processing fee and a Demand Draft of 2 % premium of total cost. (Land rates are mentioned on the land rate web page) along with Project Report.
bulletIn case of Partnership Concern, enclose the Partnership Deed. In case of Limited/ Private Limited Concern, enclose certificate of incorporation and Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association.

Mail the Application Form along with documents to the address mentioned in Application Form.
