Above 20 Acres	Rs. 551.25/- (Rate at discount of 26.5% on base rate)

1 Acre = 4047 sq. mtr.

Note: Production incentive @ Rs. 50/- per sq. mt. is allowed if production is started within 24 months from the date of allotment and 18 months from the date of possession.
