In every case of registration, locational charges, if
applicable as per brochures of specific scheme, shall be included in the
premium of the plot for calculating lease rent, stamp duty. |

Normally, our set rules for every scheme except Delta, P3
& Sector-37 is that :

Within 3
years from the date of allotment, allottee has to get his/her plot
registered. |
 |
Within 5
years from the date of allotment, allottee has to get construction
complete and obtain completion certificate by even constructing the
minimum, as per our building by laws.

After elapse
of 5 years from the date of allotment, allottee can avail another 3 years
as time extension for construction with 4% time extension charge for the
first year, 6% for the second year and 8% for the third year (Cumulative).

Last date of registration of plot with 1%
penalty of the total premium of the plot is 31-12-2002 in sector Delta,
Sec.-37, Pocket-P3.

In sector-Delta, P-3, Sector-37, the last
date for construction is December 2003 beyond which allottee can avail 3
years as time extension for construction with time extension charges @ 4%
for the first year, 6% for the second years and 8% for the third year
(Cumulative).

Last date of registration of plot with 1%
penalty of the total premium of the plot is 31-12-2002 in sector SWARN
NAGARI and untill 31-3-2003 along with 2% additional penalty.

Last date for construction in Swarn Nagari
sector is 19-11-2003 beyond which allottee can avail 3 years as time
extension for construction with time extension charges @ 4% for the first
year, 6% for the second years and 8% for the third year (Cumulative).
