| Elligibility
Criteria: |
|
| 1. Any person, trust, firm, company, or registered
co-operative society may submit tender for one or more than one plot.
2. A separate application shall be required to be submitted
for each plot.
3. For Pre- qualification refer brochure

| Other terms and conditions will be as per the Building
Regulations, Directions and Development Plan of Greater Noida Industrial Authority. |

| Build
and Save Cash Incentive: |
|
| Cash Incentive of Rs 100 per sq.m for alottees who complete the
construction and obtain completion certificate from the Authority within half the time
allowed for construction. The incentive amount shall be adjusted in the last payable
installment.
The time allowed for obtaining completion certificate shall be 6 years from the date of
allotment or 41/2 from the date of execution of lease deed, which ever is later.

To Apply: |

| For more details and to fill up the application,
intending tenderers may refer to the prescribed application form available at Oriental
Bank of Commerce, Sec-20, Noida and at Bank of Baroda Authority Office Complex at Greater
Noida from 25.05.2000 to 26.06.2000, on cash payment of Rs 1000/-.
The sealed envelope consisting of the
Application form duly filled and signed, along with pre-qualifying details, requisite bank
drafts for processing fee and earnest money and a separate envelope containing the duly
filled and signed price bid document should be put in tender box available at Board Room
of GNIDA H-169, Sector Gamma, Greater Noida City, Greater Noida, on 27.06.2000,
from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. The pre qualification bid envelope shall be opened in the
presence of the applicants on the same day at 4.00 p.m., in the Boardroom of the Authority
Office.
The pre-qualified promoter/developer price bid envelopes shall be opened on 30.06.2000 at
4.00 p.m., in the Board room, GNIDA Office Complex, at H-169, Sector Gamma, Greater
Noida,
before the promoters/developers
