NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed percentage rate tenders on short term basis on two bid system at SI. No. I & on long term basis for the work at SI. No. 2 & 3 are hereby invited on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer. Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority from the contractors, having work experience of at four years in organised sector , viz. Govt. / Semi Govt. organisation and public sector undertaking , public & private ltd. Company etc. , in the office of the General Manager (planning) 169 , Chitvan estate , Sector Gamma , Greater Noida up to 3.00 Pm for the following works and pre qualification bids of these tenders shall be opened at 3030 p.m. on the same day at the specified dates as mentioned below.

The tenders papers shall be available for sale from the accounts department and the authority after depositing the cost of tender with the Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, 169, Chitvan Estate , Sector Gamma , Greater Noida. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason there of .Other terms and conditions can be seen in the office of GM (planning) from 11 a m to 4 p m on all working days . A pre - tender meeting to provide any clarification in required shall be held at 11.00 am on next day of close of sale of tender . If the date of receipt , opening of tender is declared as holiday, the same will be received / opened on the next working day.
