More than one studio of different sizes shall be permitted within the permissible
FAR on plot.
Minimum height of the studios shall be kept 3.0 mtrs. and maximum 18.0 mtrs.
Quarters for chowkidars and skeleton staff working round the clock may be
allowed. The maximum covered area for the purposes should not be more than 15 per cent of
the permissible covered area within FAR.
Canteen and other infrastructure required may be permitted to the extent of 5 per
cent of the permissible covered area within FAR.
The percentage for sanction of plan and issue of occupancy certificate shall be a
minimum of 25 percent of the permissible FAR.
Other regulations as applicable to industrial units shall also be applicable to
the film centre.
