1. The above rates shall be applicable from 15.06.2004 to 31.03.2005.
2. In the Group Housing flatted development slab rate system has been
introduced and prices are fixed upto 30 acres.
3. The pricing for the categories other than mentioned above shall be
determined by the Chief Executive Officer as and when required on the same
principle.
4. Developed Sector include-- Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Tau (Swarn Nagri),
P-3, Sector-37,Pi and Sigma I & II.
5.Amusement & Leisure Complex rates are for Recreational Green Area with
the--max. Ground Coverage of 10% & FAR of 20%.
