INVITING TENDER |

Sealed percentage rate tenders on short
term basis for works at Sl.No.1, 2 & on long term basis for the works
at sl.no.3 to 6, described below are hereby invited on behalf of the Chief
Executive Officer, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority from the
contractors, having work experience of at least four years in organised
sector, viz, Govt./Semi Govt. Organisation and public sector undertaking,
public & private limited Company etc. in the office of the General
Manager (Planning), 169, Chitvan Estate, Sector Gamma,
Greater Noida upto 3.00 P.M. for the following works and pre-qualification
bids of these tenders shall be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day at the

| For the work at sl.no. 3 & 4
the firm should have design experts and qualified landscape architect for
which relevant documents have to be submitted. |

| For the work at sl.no.5 firm who have
experienced in the field of installation of irrigation system will
be only entertained. |
|
| The tender papers shall be available for sale
from the Accounts department of the Authority after depositing the cost of
tender with the branch manager, Bank of Baroda, 169, Chitwan Estate,
Sector Gamma, Greater Noida. Greater Noida Industrial Development
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason thereof. Other terms and conditions of the tender can
be seen in the office of G.M. (Planning), from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00
p.m. on all working days. A pre-tender meeting to provide any
clarification, in required shall be held at 11.00 am on next days of close
of sale of tender. If the date of receipt, opening of tender is declared
as holiday, the same will be received/opened on the next working day. |
