INVITES OFFERS FROM CONSULTANTS WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR UNDERTAKING A TECHNO-COMMERCIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY AND SUBSEQUENTLY DETAILED PROJECT REPORT FOR SETTING UP AN

INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and AVIATION HUB AT GREATERNOIDA

Uttar Pradesh has selected Greater Noida, as a site for setting up of an integrated SEZ along with an international airport and an aviation hub, Greater Noida, which is an integral part of the National Capital Region and lies at advantage position being only 40 Kms away from the residential areas of New Delhi. It is being linked by an express way with Noida, which is already which is already being serviced by a world-class-toll-way with South Delhi. The 6 lane expressway from Noida to Greater Noida would be extended to Agra by Taj Expressway, thus opening up the vast area on the eastern bank of river Yamuna for the industrial and Urban Development and provide convergence to the tourism, entertainment, leisure and knowledge based industry in region.

THE PROJECT

An area of over 2000 hectares has been earmarked for the proposed Special Economic Zone and the international airport and Aviation hub in Greater Noida. The proposed facility will be highest international standards and will provide an excellent opportunity to the major international and domestic private sectors developers to make an entry into a aviation infrastructure sector in India.

INVITATION OF OFFERS

Offers are invited from firms with international experience in this sector for Appointment as Consultants to undertake the following work:

Undertake a techno - economic feasibility study for setting up an International Airport and Aviation hub adjacent to SEZ IN Greater Noida.

Assist in obtaining all the necessary clearances for the International Airport and Aviation Hub.

There after prepare the detailed project report(DRP) for the project.

Assist in selection of private sector developer cum investor for the International Airport and Aviation Hub.

Assist the Government in the negotiation with the developer and finalisation on the terms of agreement.

The Project fee shall be payable at three stages:

10% on completion of the Techno-Economic feasibility stage.

70% on completion of Detailed Project Report (DRP).

Balance 20% on selection of the Investor/developer.

However, both parties shall be entitled to terminate the agreement for the Detailed Project Report at the pre-feasibility stage, if the clearances of the competent authorities are not available.

PRICE OF BID DOCUMENTS

Price of bid document Rs 5000/ (Rupees Five Thousand only) or US $ 150 to be paid in favour of Export Promotion Bureau by way of Bank Draft payable at Lucknow.
