| To make Greater Noida an ideal city, certain
regulations and directions have been framed. The Important rules and
procedures are listed here for your convenience. As a proud allottee
of Greater Noida property we advise you to keep in mind the following to
avoid any kind of inconvenience and contribute to make this city a world
class smart city. |

- All building erected in Greater Noida area need to be
in accordance with the following:
a) Greater Noida Planning and Development Directions.
b) The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations
with amendments till date.
c) All provisions in the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act 1976.
d) Zonal Plans prepared by the Authority.
- No person can erect any building / temporary
structure, or boundary wall without obtaining a prior building permit
from the authority.
- The height of the boundary wall, length of ramps and
plantation of tree as prescribed in the Urban Design Regulations
are to be followed strictly.
- Setback, FAR, Ground Coverage and Height Stipulation
etc. have to be followed strictly.
- Hoardings / Sign Boards can not be put without the
permission of GNIDA.
- All buildings have to be as per the zonal plan
of the area.
- The Solid Waste System as prescribed by the Authority
is to be followed strictly.
- The allottee will have to pay the fees / user charges
for various activities as prescribed from time to time.
- The allottee will abide by the laws and regulations
laid down by the Authority failing which necessary action can be
initiated.
