Eligibility Criteria:
Applications are invited on first cum first serve basis from individuals, who are awardees of either National/State level Kala Academy or Sangeet Natak Academy for plot size 200 and 300 Sq.mtr. For plot sizes 7000 to 10,000 sq. mtr. allotment would be done through screening of proposals. The applicants can be firm/trust/society or any body corporate provided he/she/it be competent to contract and are engaged in imparting knowledge of art performing in any field of art.
In the event of allotment, the applicant shall be required to pay the premium as per the following payment plan options:
  • Cash down plan : Rebate of 5.4% on total premium and balance payable within 60 days.
  • Interest Free Plan : 20 % of Total Premium payable within 60 days of allotment with balance in 8 equal interest free quarterly installment. 
  • Installment Plan : 20% of total premium payable within 60 days of allotment. Out of balance 70% amount, 30% in six equal quarterly interest free installments and rest 40% in 8 equal quarterly installments with  interest @ 15% p.a. (For further details please refer to Scheme Brochure)

How to apply: Registration in the scheme open from 11th December 2000 onwards till plot last. Collect the application form and scheme brochure from 8th December 2000 of Rs.300/- (Rs.350/- for request by post) from any of the branches listed herein after: BANK OF BARODA, 30 M.G.
