It is hereby informed to general public that due to non compliance of the Instant Sanction Rules framed by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, the following Architects has been debarred from practicing  in Greater Noida Industrial Development Area  for approval/completion of Building Plan for a period of two years.

1.  Akshay Kumar Garg,

     Noida.


2.  Sudhanshu Tiwari,
     85A/B-10, Sector-34,
     Noida.

No building plan/completion plan shall be entertained in the authority prepared by the aforesaid Architects.

Attention To Allottees of Schemes Swarn Nagari, Delta, R01, F.D.P.-01 
Allotees are hereby informed that lease deed registration in the above sectors has been started:
As per the  decision taken by the Authority, the allottees of Swarn Nagari & F.D.P.-01 Schemes are required to execute the lease deed (without penalty as it was  stated in the allotment letter in Swarn Nagari Scheme) within 3 years from the date of allotment with maximum of one year extension along with 1% Penalty on the total premium and complete constructions within 5 Years from the date of allotment with maximum of Three Years  extension along with 4%, 6%, 8% extension charges on the total premium for each year respectively.
In DELTA Scheme : The allottees is required  to execute the lease deed positively by 31.12.2001. Maximum of one year  extension for registration i.e. till 31.12.2002 along with  1% Penalty on the total premium shall be granted. The allottee is required  to complete construction positively by 31.12.2003 and after which maximum of three years extension along with 4% extension charges on the total premium for the first year, 6% extension charges on the total premium for the third year shall be granted.
In R01 Scheme : The allottees is required to execute the lease deed positively by 31.12.2001. Maximum of one year extension for registration i.e. till 31.12.2002 along with 1% penalty on the total premium shall be granted. The allottee is required to complete construction positively by 31.12.2003 and after which maximum of three years extension along with 4% extension charges on the total premium for the first year, 6% extension charges on the total premium for the second year, and 8% extension charges on the total premium for the third year shall be granted. 
The Authority has taken decision for providing facility of Ramp/water, sewerage, electricity connection / pipe for telephone connection and boundary wall in order to avoid cutting of roads in Swarn Nagari Sector, Sector-37 and Pocket P3 of R-01 Scheme. Hence allottees are required to pay the following charges at the time of lease deed registration:-

No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Attention To Allottees of Alpha, Beta & Gamma

i) Under above mentioned schemes, those allottees who have not got the plot registered can get the same done finally by 30.09.2001 along with penalty of Rs.8500/-  for plot area till 150 Sqm. and Rs.25,000/- for plot area above 100 Sqm, revival charges @10% of the rate of allotment and interest @20% p.a. on the above. After  30.09.2001, no extension for registrations will be entertained and plot allotment will liable for cancellation.
2. Under the above said schemes, the last date of constructions is as follows:
Alpha in accordance with clause (P) of lease deed from, the allottee is required to complete construction and obtain completion certificate by  30.09.2001.
Beta in accordance with clause (P) of lease deed from, the allottee is required to complete construction and obtain completion certificate by  30.11.2001.
Gamma in accordance with clause (P) of lease deed from, the allottee is required to complete construction and obtain completion certificate by  31.12.2001.
After the above deadlines, one year extension for obtaining completion certificate shall be given with time extension charges @Rs. 140/= per sqm.
