Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority invites offers from
owners of the flats or individual houses existing in Greater Noida City
for early habitation of GNIDA STAFF in this city. Interested owners for
renting their flats/houses existing in Greater Noida sectors are requested
to give their detailed offer within 15 days in the Office of the
Authority, latest by 15th January, 02. The General Terms and
Conditions of the renting are as mentioned below: -
- The offered houses/flats should be handed over in occupancy stage
within three months.
- The lease for renting will be furnished between the owner &
Authority for three year, which may be expanded for 5 years.
- Advance rent will not be given.
- There will be termination clause of 3 months notice as an option for
owner as well as Authority.
- Authority offers renting @ Rs. 3.10 per Sq. feet on Plinth area. It
is concluded after a general survey in residential sectors of the
city.
- Authority is interested for houses/flats having following
accommodation: -
