NOTE:

At the time of draw, if the number of flats is more than the number of applicant in a particular category then the remaining number of flats will be allocated to the other category where number of applicants are more.
 

No preference shall be given for floors. It shall be allocated through draw of lots.

 

FINAL COST OF HOUSES/FLATS

 
The premium/cost of flats as indicated in the brochure is estimated. The final cost of a unit will be derived after complete construction of the unit which shall be acceptable to the allottee. The total cost of the fully built � up flat as mentioned above may also vary as per the actual dimensions of the flat. Also in case of increase in cost of acquisition or development, the increase in cost shall be borne by the allottee proportionately. However, if the actual cost is more than 20% of the estimated cost then the allottee will have the right to take the refund of his/her entire deposit and surrender the allotment.
