Time Extension Residential & Group Housing
As per decision taken in the 78th board meeting dated 28-05-2009 the Authority has given an opportunity for allottees of residential schemes and group housing societies for exemption of one year in lease deed execution and construction penalties after the prescribed due date (without penalty) of construction and lease deed execution.
