2.	ACCESSIBILITY	Better accessibility to Delhi and the area will have three different access	Only one highway called Jaipur Highway is providing access to the area.

ii		On National Highway 24 Expressway (Kalindi Kunj to Greater Noida expressway) has reduced the distance by 20 minutes.
iii		Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway which will open up the area on Bombay route. Road structure is better.
	ROADS in Industrial Sector	Minimum road width is 80'-0"	Minimum road width is 45'-0"
	TIME TAKEN FROM DELHI	45 minutes from India Gate.	60 minutes from India Gate.
3.	POWER	Privatised Power distribution and 24 hours power availability. 3740 MW Power generation plant coming within 10 kms radius.	Condition of power supply dependent upon Haryana State Electricity Board.
4.	WATER SUPPLY	Water is sweet, portable and water table is high. At the moment the company can have a boring on fixed prices and have 24x7 supply.	Ground water is not available. At present intermittent flow of supply from 65 km long drain which is called the western Yamuna Canal .
5.	SOIL	Good soil condition.	Soil is not fertile and has rocky structure.
6.	POLLUTION FREE	No polluting industry is permitted
7.	CONTAINER CONNECTIVITY	2nd terminal of Container Station has come up, an extension of Tughlakabad Depot.	No such facility is there.
8.	INCENTIVES TO INDUSTRY- Production Incentives	Production incentive of an amount equivalent to Rs. 50/- per sq. mt. granted if production started within 18 months of possession of land.	No such facility is available there.
9.	SALES TAX	Trade Tax exemption of U.P. Government is admissible.	---
10.	SUPERIOR ADMINISTRATIVE INTERFACE	Single Window System provides fast and efficient clearances.	---
