INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
Industrial facilities (warehousing, research and development centres, tool rooms, test lab, maintenance and parking of machinery, weigh bridges and cable TV networks) will be allowed in the industrial sector and will be allotted at one and-a half times the prevailing industrial rate of that area.
INCENTIVE TO INDUSTRY
• Early Production Incentive
• Rebate of Rs. 50.00 per sq. mtr. land cost if production occurs within 24 months of land allotment. (Refer clause 6 of Rules & Regulations.)
Note: The rate of land shall be the rates applicable as on date of allotment.
